Monstera

Monsteras are popular indoor evergreens for their large and vibrant green leaves. Nicknamed the Swiss Cheese Plant or Split-Leaf Philodendron.

• Light: Bright to medium indirect light. Not suited for intense, direct sun.
• Soil: Use a good quality light potting soil with good drainage
• Humidity: Normal room humidity will do, but prefers humid conditions if possible. Benefits from a light misting 1-2 times per week, especially in the winter.
• Water: Water every 1-2 weeks, allowing soil to dry out between waterings. Expect to water more often in brighter light and less often in lower light. Monsteras can benefit from filtered water or water left out overnight before using..
• Temperature: Average temperatures, between 65-85F.
• Fertilizing: Every month with an all-purpose houseplant water soluble fertilizer,
