Limited Retail Plant Guarantee 2010

We will guarantee 50% of the purchased plant price on nursery stock items that were purchased from Pesche’s Garden Center & Greenhouses. This guarantee is not applicable to loss caused by abuse, neglect - improper installation, watering, fertilization, and insect or disease control, an act of God, or any act beyond the control of the seller. Plants installed in above ground containers are not guaranteed.

This 50% guarantee covers the plant for a period of one year from date of purchase and is for one replacement only per plant.

Plant materials on sale for 25% off will receive a guarantee at the sale price. Plant materials on sale for 50% to 75% off are not guaranteed.

Sales receipt and dead plant are required for all claims.
All claims are resolved in the form of a store credit.
No cash or credit card refunds will be given.
